      Good benefits, co workers are cool, remote

      Cons

      -low pay for role -horrible leads -cold calling -favoritism -do not work here if you already have a sales job, this is only a downgrade. -quotas keep going up therefor impossible hit your goal -they used to give amazon and door dash GCs not anymore - 70calls for newbies per day 50 calls after 6 months

      Good learning opportunities, talented people around, flexible benefit but not much

      Cons

      - Flexible hours means never end your working day - Global team means you need to work in your timezone and also US's - Large team with poor communications - No hope for promotion and cash bonus is less

      Pros

      The only pro was the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      The benefits are average and the pay is on the lower end. Michael Dell has been promoting WFH for many years yet is now calling for a return to office. The only benefit to working at Dell was the remote work. Once that is gone, there is no beenfit to working for Dell. You will be micromanaged and your ability to track your quota progress will never be accurate. My financials have been inaccurate more often than they've been accurate and I've ended up owning money back to Dell due to their mistake.
