An incident occurred where an employee wore red face and a headdress to a Halloween themed team call. Being Indigenous, I found it offensive and reported the incident to her manager. Her manager stated that it was harmless because she was dressing up as a Kansas City Chiefs fan. Really???

Great culture, great diversity and inclusion.

Cons

The pay structure and comp plan are unbearable and hard to obtain over 100% (where the money is). Basically, someone else is responsible for 60% of your quota and this makes it hard to reach your goal. You have sooo much to do on your side of the business, you can fight to do your part, but it doesn't matter if your teammate doesn't deliver.

Remote work, flexible working hours, currently in a great team with good culture and everyone is happy. CPG management seems to be making good decisions.

Cons

global workforce = night meetings data transparency and trust across orgs is fragile (finger pointing) overall leadership churn and nepotism still exist in several orgs most middle career engineering teams are under paid supply chain driven business, struggling for good product managers
