Pros

Great support from senior directors to innovate and design new ways of working. Starting to embed a safe environment to speak up and speak out, accepting challenges to decisions.

Cons

Not good at the soft skills of change as these are usually neglected at the start of a redesign. Leadership is usually outcome driven at any cost to staff morale, with limited empowerment, inspiration and confidence in junior staffs capability.
