Pros

Some very nice and professional co-workers (no idea where they get their patience - other than there are no other jobs so they go along to get along but hate the company)

Cons

Poor work life balance (your whole life is supposed to be about IBM) Poor middle management - your manager will 'have your back' - until the manager above him/her complains and then they will throw you under the bus and put you on a 30-60 day 'plan' to exit you out of the company.
