Pros

-Semi stable assignments -experienced senior staff -classified programs -flexible work times -possible to transfer departments with some effort.

Cons

-corporate management is out of touch with employees. -accountability is not a priority. -profits most important at end of day. -uncompetitive salary/raises. -hurry up and wait -education assistance keeps getting cut. NEW GRADS BEWARE: education assistance benefit cut to $10K per year Jan 1, 2020. If you are expecting to study for a Master's degree while working, you may be served better elsewhere. Employees in the middle of a master's program will not be grandfathered in, meaning multiple hundreds of employees are being stuck with massive out of pocket costs and others are contemplating dropping their programs. Others are now dissuaded from starting in the first place because of this change.

Pros

Flexible hours, location, sometimes meeting interesting people

Cons

There’s too many. Not valuing minorities and women. Managers make discriminatory comments and they apply it as well. They are not afraid. This place need to go under an audit by government.

Pros

The salary is ok if you need a job but not great compensation.

Cons

My assigned group was in chaos. There was a management transition happening and numerous employees in my group were unhappy. New management was making a lot of unpopular changes and new to the management position. When I started, there was no clear plan for my job assignments. I was open-minded so I was ok, but was often given tasking other employees no longer wanted. The level of work given well surpassed the level I was hired for. Also no relocation assistance was provided! This is a red-flag for a company being cheap or a sign of an unimportant job! I've always received relocation assistance in the past. I also received no cost of living increase. Just a basic 10% bump although the area I was relocating to had a higher cost of living and I was underpaid along with most new employees in my group. Advice- if you know you were/are underpaid in your previous/current job, reasonably boost your last salary because HR gives little consideration. I only stayed for several months! Ironically, a family member had a bad experience with this same company in a totally different location! Future employee beware! This company is definitely sub par compared to its top competitors...
