I have 10 years in sales and this was one of the worst run platforms I have seen. No directions, plan, or realistic ideas. Laid off whole team with no warning.

--Good pay; hand out a lot of bonuses

Cons

--The most unprofessional company I've ever come across. Run like a chaotic startup, when it is in fact not. --The CEO has his ego in everything & people are afraid to disagree with him. --The turnover is insane. People don't stay here for long. --No clear career path. Several people have left because they grew out of their role and there wasn't any growth opportunities.
