      No WordPress projects

      Good hourly rate, that's all

      Cons

      They ask you to be available for full time. They find you a project if they have. After you finish that project you are then basically without a job as they don't have anything available at that moment. As it is right now. No WordPress projects at all.

      My first year at the company was pretty good - true startup spirit! Management seemed to be caring and supportive. We automated a lot of processes.

      Cons

      Corporate culture slowly turned into a toxic one. Almost not possible to grow internally. If they promote someone, they choose junior people because it is easier to manipulate them. While having a second office in Kyiv, Ukraine, they didn't support their Ukrainian team when russian invasion started.
