Pros

I feel a lot of purpose in my job, and am given full trust and responsibility to do what I think is right. Compensation is good. Location/office is great (central, modern yet in a cosy way). Flexible conditions (could be full remote). Caring management and great team-spirit. Hypergrowth with excellent outlook, so a very positive atmosphere. Open to feedback and failure (it happens, but that's okay, we learn from it together and try not to repeat it). I learned so much since starting this job, and if you want to learn more (in tech, business) this a great place to be! Multicultural company, English-first. Am very lucky to be here and intend to stay for many more years.

Pros

You have a remote job.

Cons

No support (if you have an issue with the client, Proxify completely disappears. Everyone goes on vacation and quietly waits for the issue to solve itself). When you're exposed to racism or mobbing and trust Proxify to support you, just forget it. They immediately take a week off, and the replacement authority has no clue about the problem. Their only approach is "have you tried talking it through?"—which never works because the issue is about being humiliated, underestimated, and scorned based on things like race, where you were born, or how you look.

Diverse Hiring Patterns. Rapid responses until you are hired at Proxify.

Cons

There are several downsides. The Support Manager does not respond to messages. Opportunities are scarce. More experience is required, yet the pay is lower. Clients may not be assigned for months.
