      Only great experiences so far!

      Pros

      All people are very easy to talk to, very helpful. The process of getting on a new project is very smooth and everybody is very supportive. I guess was also lucky on my first project, I'm really enjoying the whole experience.

      Cons

      Some delay on the Slack replies, or the fact that (along the process) there is a different person for each "step" and there are some steps in the beginning and it gets a but confusing to whom you can/have to speak to if you have a question.

      Pros

      Great Community managers and professional product managers, I feel appreciated and respected. They truly care about employers and make sure that their time and experience are respected. I think this comes from the Swedish startup culture. They have always been a nation of collaborators and creators. So are most of the clients from Sweden and they are always professional too.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's more a fact with any freelancing position - need to take care of benefits/insurance and stuff
