Fast paced, you're allowed to grow, thrown in at the deep end, given plenty of chance to thrive, excellent benefits

Cons

Pay is lower compared to similar roles (Hull). Sink or swim attitude, constant change to key processes, no solid training, many struggle to find the balance between work and life

Lots of challenge and opportunity. Good salary. Jobs with huge scope and very few processes to hold you back.

Cons

Very few of the senior management stay in one position long enough to become fully versed in their businesses and so decision making can appear random and reactive. Projects run at breakneck speed which can lead to mistakes. Short term outlook.
