Lots of room for growth and willingness to try things outside of normal role.

Clear hierarchy and many levels of bureaucracy. Felt resistance to change and lack of projection in career growth opportunities.

Company is doing well overall Products are awesome

Cons

In Finance, there are conflicting direction from leaders. Long work hours, high turnover with little effort to backfill, severely underpaid. Loves to hire outside instead of promoting within,. The finance team was once a great team and full of innovative ideas to help work work better. Now, new ideas are shut out. Expected to work nights/weekends to train oversees team after letting go entire EMEA team.
