Pros

The company has a very nice atmosphere, everyone is very approachable as far as upper management and they always do their best to make sure that everyone is comfortable and achieving their individual as well as company goals. One of the biggest Pros about Teleperformance is that it is very easy to move up within the company and your supervisor/upper management will definitely assist you.

Cons

As far as Cons, my biggest con would be communication/organization. As with any call center of course things come up unexpectedly, however things are very unorganized at times.

Pros

if you are in management you can potentially get decent benefit hours. They have good discounts and are trying to improve their programs. There is a good program for potential growth. Some of the supervisors are great.

Cons

Raises aren't competitive. Benefits needs some work

Pros

The people and management are great to work with, with normal exceptions. You are always guaranteed 40 hours a week, with part-time options. Pay is great with a recent increase across sites. Overall, it can be a good job to have.

Cons

Health benefits are expensive, and do not cover as much as would be expected. You are much better off looking for private insurance, which should not be the case for a multi-million dollar company. The air quality and the cleanliness of the site can be poor. It is an old building as well, and seems to always have some new issue.
