Pros

Okay pay but not much else.

Cons

This place is like a prison. You cannot have anything there with you besides the shirt on your back. They fight time off for military drills constantly and give incorrect information on how to request off then give attendance points as a result. You have to use your break time for restroom breaks and for company sponsored events. There is also next to no upward mobility unless you are a favorite of the upper management.

Pros

Great team members, high demand for employees and low supply

Cons

call center, teleperformance is a third party service provider, makes everything a little harder at work

Pros

Pay is good, benefits are good, The people you work around are awesome, thy always have some type of event going one

Cons

I guess I was just never a fan of the call center environment, It is very hard to receive time off and you do not get to pick your schedule, it a take what we give you or leave it situation.
