Pros

It's a good job to start with and doesn't require many qualifications to get started. Trainers are generally nice and patient. Work from home is good, although a good (wired) internet connection is required.

Cons

Management may be a bit slow to respond sometimes. Help desk can be problematic at times. Computer systems provided for work-from-home are slow (crippling speeds). Not sure what are the opportunities for advancement are.

Change is constant. Wish there was better benefits and career opportunities.
