Pros

I am only a few days in so not much insight other than training is hands on even from work from home.

Cons

I don't like being on camera, thankfully it's only for a few weeks to train

Pros

Easy to get the job. They will literally let you work as many hours as you want and they give monthly bonuses for just doing your job properly

Cons

They are very strict about calls. There could be as much as 5 people monitoring your calls at once but that’s really it. Everything is pretty easy and there’s always a a lot of help available
