Pros

The staff is great; from trainers to agents and most supervisors are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I like that they do fun activities such as flag football, basketball tournament, spades tournament, things like that make TP a fun place to work.

Cons

You never know what your bonus will be or if you will get it, bc the last report you saw said you hit all your numbers yet the one they pay you off of is completely different. You are chained to a desk. They are strict about breaks and other "auxes ". They don't budget enough for people to help answer questions. You have to manipulate all day in order to hit the standards the company has set for you. The. Us timers are demanding and wear you down. And to advance you have to be friends with the right person; politics. It is a sweat shop for phone calls.

Pros

Good pay and bonuses structure is easy

Cons

upper management only sees numbers not people. Hire better management, manage workflow better as it tended to be either too busy or not busy enough never a right amount. people get fired for any dumb reason. doesn't matter if you have good numbers and are consistently in the top 10 for excellent number you will still get fired even for calling a customer rude . is not a work environment more like a high school. to many personal life issues getting talked about in work environment. management plays favoritism, not to good and communicating with workers, not a drug free environment. job and workplace should be more professional along with staff and management. does not work around your schedule does not notify you of changes weeks before, long work hours

Pros

You get paid at a decent rate to start. $10 per hour

Cons

Its not about your performance, its about who you know. Drug Addicts are in top management. You will fear the loss of your job during every coaching. Its like being in grade school all over again . If you're desperate,go through training while looking for a new place of employment .
