Pros

Great opportunity, no favoritism. If you have good stats you get promoted. Pretty simple honestly just perform and you move up. Im with the ATT site and training is very thorough to a point. Good starting pay with amazing bonus opportunity. $11 hour with unlimited overtime and good bonus if you have the right stats. Fun friendly environment. You are literally making bank just being nice to people on the phone! Highly recommend you start before there are no more open spots left. Ogden Site

Cons

When you first start taking calls its almost as if your thrown into the ocean to see if you will sink or swim. Which can be slightly overwhelming at first but after about a week you're fine. Security is slightly extreme, security guards at both doors no pen/paper so you can't take notes which is a good/bad thing because it prevents fraud but if you want to write down important notes you can't. No phones which is fine with me. Not too many negative things.

This is the best employer is the best kne I have ever had!!!!!!! The bonus stducture is kne kf the easiest and most lucrative in the Grand Rapids area. They give daily incentives for doing great on calls and reward and recognize good behaviors. This month thet are giving out a 47" screen LCD tv for the most OT worked!! How great is that??????????????? Come join

Cons

too many rules, not enough pay. you can put years of your life in this job and end up with just a dollar more than when you started
