painful to work for Teleperformance Portugal in the Netflix project

at least we are not supervised we can say and do everything over the phone as the project is temporary and most of the agents will not get their contract renewed.

Cons

it only matters that we stay on the line to defend and listen to the just complaints of Netflix customers. The VPN skips all the time and they score minutes of absence miserable company that takes away a few euros for a few minutes of disconnection.

Pros

People working and supervisors are quite nice and responsive. Training was only good thanks to the lovely trainer. Work from home. Insurance.

Cons

Extremely low salary for the skills and knowledge required. It’s minimum wage and you have to work on national holidays for very little extra pay. Overtime is almost inevitable. Going to an obligatory medical appointment in an international company where a nurse barely speaks any English. (She was lovely, it was just confusing of why they do not take it into account). Dissatisfied workers. Working in Portugal for clients from USA, UK and Canada, where minimum wage is 2-3 times more. This really confuses me.

Everything is bad in this company, the salary, no work life balance. I do not recommend working at TP.
