Pros

Convenient location, attendance bonus, gym

Cons

I'm not sure if it's project based, if it depends on the site or the management. During my employment most of the equipment needed by the agents are either insufficient to the number of agents or if t available, they're defective.. There is no work/life imbalance since most of the time agents obliged to go on OT and even paid leave are sometimes cancelled so many agents oftentimes get sick due to being over-worked/overfatigued.. Another thing that I've noticed is the inequality given to the employees especially for leave approvals and other things.
