Cons
Management is a joke. They change rules every day, and nothing is written. If you´re not close with the people with power here, they basically keep an eye on you, and make your job harder (as it wasn´t hard enough). Depending on the team the job is extremely stressful, and with the salary you receive, it just not worth. Trainings are the worst thing here, you will basically never receive a decent training, unless it´s a softskills training (you will receive like one every month. A complete waste of time). They also demand you a lot, and they just don´t care about how much work you have, they just care about making companies they work for think everything is perfect. Managers are puppets, and they don´t care at all about you or any other employee. They just care about their metrics, and being ok with the owner of this company, and they will also NEVER complain about anything, since it would be like putting the noose around their neck. You won´t also have any opportunity to grow here, and you will never be listened! So think twice if you have thought of working here. The worst part is the salary, this is just ridiculous, so I won´t even talk about that, cause I could spend the whole day here!
