bad management: the management only see metrics not employees low pay: depending of your role you do much work for the low pay you get

Pros

- Nice working place. - Good start for university students, decent salary. - Young community and opportunity to develop your skill.

Cons

- The salary does not increase much. - Weak team managers, as all they ever care about is the KPI and metric. - Very poor team management skill I must say. In tense/ high load situation, the manager usually the person to freak out first, start pushing people and then go watch youtube on his own. - Senior level engineers - who are supposed to carry the team in these situation constantly say they will work with you but never does, sometimes disappear for 2-3 hours. - Good people started to leave after their first 2 years due to these reason. - Highly unstable team, the overall experience and skill are getting worse as the knowledge does not pass on properly from previous engineer to newer.
