Tek and it's level of human disregard by the higher management

The schedule is good, some of the managers are good, the pay is little however the freedom is astonishing and the people are cool.

Cons

Salary, High management, Office environment- good building but awfully utilized - no benches no parks and no place to chill.No coffee machine either.

Pay on time, 40 hours per work week.

Cons

The company did not offer annual pay raises, and bonuses or advancement opportunities were limited. Career progression often appeared influenced more by internal dynamics than performance. After seven years with the organization, I was included in a layoff without acknowledgment of my tenure, while some newer employees were transferred to unaffected departments—an option that was not provided to me.

No pros working for this company it all.

Cons

Management shows little accountability or transparency. Employee decisions often seem based on personal connections, not performance. Some employees enjoy full WFH flexibility, while others lose hybrid roles unfairly. Managers are only briefly present at the start of shifts, then leave without guidance. Lack of effort to retain experienced employees, even though competitors pay more. Favoritism and poor leadership are causing talent loss and low morale.
