      Pros

      It's easy to get in specially as your first jobs since it is Entry Level - Jr Level friendly There's good people in there, however company leadership and poor policies impact on worker

      Cons

      Low Salary compared to competition Extra hours are not payed Hard to get bonuses Hard to not say impossible to get a raise Poor managers not even a single one on one interview to provide any feedback or tip for improvement You're own your own literally how you work, learn, deal with customers because lack of leadership Poor work life balance The most important benefits can only be obtained after one year.

      Pros

      Good learning environment for beginners navigating their way in Tech. 13th month Salary. HMO. Partially subsidized bus fair.

      Cons

      Very poor management structure. Backend politics deciding the fate and growth of subordinates. Indian owned company but management of operation of business is disguised as European. Strictly work from office, even though job is set well up for remote work. Management doesn't allow work from home, except during certain crises period. Very poor renumeration compared to other competitors in same industry (minimum of 5-15x more) Poor managerial structure. HR and managers playing politics always at detriment of staff. Very unnecessary and waste of time on compliance courses regularly. Mental health issues not cated for and always playing on your psyche natter your performance. Poor medical facility Company always wanting more for less

We care about the welfare of our employees: we offer various #StrongerTogether webcasts and resources on mental health and other areas of personal interest to our employees. We recently concluded a one-week Mental Health Awareness for our employees. In addition to the Health Insurance provided for employees, we have an in-house sickbay with qualified nurses to attend to any health issue during working hours.
