Overworked, too many cases, lack of training regarding constantly changing practices. In order to qualify for a bonus, you have to reach a metric that is impossible, which is good if you want to constantly feel like a failure. Your concerns will be greeted with “I’ll see what I can do” and then nothing will happen. If you don’t want to get moved to a different team and express this to your manager, they will reward you by moving you to that team.

It is a stressful company to work for, it is a toxic work environment and micromanagement, they set you up for failure especially if they do not like you. The Country Manager plays favorites if she does not like you she show it, now if she like you, you get extra treatment like, forging their time sheet, special ADA chair when everyone else get a standard chair, request time off when it's ok for your team mate and not for you very unprofessional. Their is so much BS that goes on here it's unbelievable.
