Prominent working place to be in Good working conditions Serenity of the environment No feeling of not good enough or low self esteem Ability to change roles when deemed fit. Experts of all technical knowledge available Ability to learn quickly and showcase your talent Provision of social amenities very encouraging Management allow for open door policy which is good

      The problem no1 is pay structure, I believe is too low regarding the level of expertise we will be bringing to the company. We don't observe public holidays
