Pros

Can obtain experience in Microsoft Intune, Azure and some of their other products. Occasionally give prizes for top performers and have social activities Able to have the possibility of participating in a learning experience to provide educational advantages for the employees

Cons

Can easily get fired for performance, little stability. Being Microsofts vendor, it would be expected for them to be resourceful with working equipment as to balance their musts that employees have to comply with, but is not the case. Bad employee behavior goes unpunished, inconveniencing others Unreasonable workloads Deficient IT department can't even provide you enough tools to work, thus, affecting your efficiency, thus, getting you fired. Lowest salary compared to the rest of the market
