Pros

A great place to learn and grow if you’re just starting your career as a tech professional, especially if your focus is on cloud computing and cybersecurity. Experienced engineers are also welcome. I know many engineers who have benefited from being part of this community. The management has created a fun and engaging work environment with plenty of games and activities to help ease stress and maintain productivity. Regular performance evaluations are conducted, and top performers are recognised with gifts and rewards to encourage and appreciate their hard work.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment driven by key performance indicators (KPIs). You need to be at the top of your game to excel there. No two days are the same, and you’ll encounter new challenges regularly. The good thing is that there’s strong team collaboration and a well-structured escalation process from junior engineers to senior engineers.
