Pros

The salary structure in Nigeria is very poor, and there are no growth or promotion prospects. They dont even offer Microsoft vouchers so that their employees go advance in their career. The sad thing is that it is by design.

Cons

Good if you want learn as a technical support engineer and if its your first ever job. I wont advise you to work beyond 1 year there, one thing i noticed is that the older the staff there, the sadder the person becomes.
