      Pros

      There are not many pros I can think of. Several highly skilled employees. Although they seem to be on there way out due to retirements.

      Cons

      Location, location, location. There could not be many places in the city that are more difficult to get to. If you like to sit in traffic for the majority of your commute it could be tolerable. If you enjoy breathing carbon monoxide all day this could be the place for you. You really have to look twice at a place that runs help wanted add for such a long time.

      Pros

      I can afford to live somewhere and eat food.

      Cons

      Threatened with redundancy for not working overtime. Every minute of your day must be audited on the absurd timesheet system. "Flexible working" yeah, right. Using Google docs to write documents and reports in a "professional engineering company" is just embarassing.

      Pros

      Can work from home and nobody checks if I'm actually doing anything

      Cons

      Treat staff like criminal children. The Draconian HR timesheets are pathetic. Other companies are far more progressive and trusting. There used to be perks but all been taken away as the company loses contracts. More time is spent convincing the few remaining customers that we are making progress than actually fixing problems. I do not think I will still be here in a few months.
