- Progression is not easy, if you aren't liked or suck up then good luck - Management is quite young, could be seen as a good thing but not when they get 'personally' involved with members of staff - Managers have their favourites - Dealing with pretentious customers who think they're better than you because they shop at Waitrose - Organisation can be poor - Some members of staff get away with crazy stuff that goes unnoticed (being sick of the time is only the start of it) - It's clear that many people in higher positions have no clue what they're doing - Getting paid for overtime was always unnecessarily difficult, however, this might just be my experience

Far too many managers, unfair treatment of staff - some staff can get away with anything while other staff can't do anything right. The managers are very cliquey. Short staffed so constantly missing breaks and having to work unpaid overtime. Not getting holidays but managers always get there's. Some of the customers are very demanding and have no manners. The managers have there favourites which is noticeable even to customers( I have had a customer comment twice about the favouritism and lack of work done by managers)
