Pros

The company does pay well but it's because they have a hard time recruiting people for the roles. They have good health insurance costs for families with several options for co-pay and HSA. PTO is good depending on the role you are in where most start with 3-4 weeks.

Cons

Senior leadership No work/life balance Lack of training for new hires Constant change with no direction

Pros

There’s a lot of opportunities for upward growth when it comes to banker positions and upper level banker positions. Full benefits, flexibility with paid time off, and great team members.

Cons

Difficult getting into management And there are a lot of changes constantly happening within the company making it a very high stress job. The pay gets raised for the lower end jobs like the tellers but everyone else has to fight for a pay raise. We keep being given more responsibility for the same pay and not given the opportunity to make more money in higher paying positions because we haven’t been given the training and so they are given away to people applying from other institutions.
