Pay benefits people medical insurance (most employers provide 1 now a days)

Cons

Upper management A lot of organizational changes per year Same teams from different regions are always fighting, there isnt a "global team work" its more like. You suck and we rule. If you want to Grow internally, you must either be from India or US, there is no space for the rest of the regions.
