Pros

Nice building and the cafe is nice. That’s about it.

Cons

Leadership and HR at this company are out of touch with reality. The culture here is horrible for people of color and women. It is a “good old boys club”. Salary is not competitive with market and the profit sharing doesn’t make up the difference. The philosophy is dead.

Pros

Casual attire Nice buildings Great cafeteria Cool ideas I have no other pros to mention when talking about Worthington Industries

Cons

"Philosophy" was not used. Bitter management who definitely had favorites. Sorry HR department. Don't understand how they made it to be one of the best employers of Columbus. Horrible experience working there. Would not recommend.

Pros

Nothing really. You buy the hype in the beginning. But then realize you are all alone. Profit sharing is ok. But everyone would like better pay than a sketchy profit sharing check.

Cons

Drama drama drama. Never seen so much in my life. Common sense is rare. There is ALWAYS plotting and planning going on behind your back. You work extra hard so others don't have to. They don't want you to complain. No matter what. I was a crane operator and got let go after I bumped another coil over. No one hurt. Nothing broke. Every crane operator there has had an accident. But I got let go after one incident. Had to fight them twice to get unemployment. Turns out they thought I did something when I was out of state on vacation!! They never even apologized when they realized they were wrong. You are only a number. VERY unsafe.
