It’s very simple and people in HR are very kind. However, something that should be said in the job description -and that isn’t- is that the schedule is variable every week. You work 5 out of 7 days, but the days off are not weekends. Then you also have to work 2 of those 5 days at night (11 pm to 7 am). Then the other 3 days you get to choose if you want to work the morning (7-3) or the afternoon shift (3-11). This is something that they only mention once you’ve passed like 3 filters and you get the interview with HR

You have to answer some questions throught video about your availability, schedule, personal questions and the compensation you desired. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
