SupportYourApp Customer Support Consultant interview questions

They asked for a non interactive video submission before even talking to me in person. With no guarantee to talk to me after submission. They are not willing to take the time recruiting talent. What am I supposed to think of this other than they're wasting people's time.

I'm still in the interview process, but everything seems pretty much professional and easy...I'm in the last process of the interview process and I'm looking forward to everything that the company has to offer.
