I applied for the role and they asked for a video interview with questions that later the hr asks again during the real interview, the interviewer was really annoying saying "gotcha" to every question I was answering, one hour interview to a presentation of the company, nothing interesting of them to show and after being one hour they sent me a message without any details saying they didn't have any projects for me.

Awful experience, the asked me to do a video interview wich i did, then a week later an Hr person asked me to do an english assesment and asked me about my computer specs and wifi speed, i recieved this email a monday at the afternoon and the wanted an answer by 9AM of the following day, ridiculous deadline. Anyway i did what they wanted and the following day they told me they cannot progress further with my application at the moment due to the project's requirements, again, ridiculous. A waste of time for me, really unproffesionally and unserious. Not recomended at all

Interview
The company is not diverse at all. If you are African American you will not proceed to the next stage after the self interview. Don’t bother. The moment they see the colour of your skin, that’s it.
I also was not informed I had been rejected at first. I sent several follow up emails to confirm and eventually I was informed I didn’t meet the specifications of the project.
