      Great Job but bad management

      Free food Good colleague Nice office Big locker Strategic location

      Cons

      Management didn't care about staff welfare Management reduce MC to 8 days during pandemic AL oftenly got cancelled last minute Bad leadership always use threat like warning letter and PIP to ensure staff achieve daily KPI. Must fill in a form and inform everyone in group chat if you want to go toilet. I was offer a bonus during my hiring, when asked the HR few months after hired, HR said they mistakenly offer me the said bonus. And your school canteen food taste way better than their free food No exit interview even when you leave the company

      Pros

      Love the friends that I made her, office is cool, work is cool. However cons outweigh the pros.

      Cons

      Management does not really care for employees wellbeing, no PH at all as they are being converted to AL, no double pay for PH anymore, sudden change of HR policy, MC is reduced to 8 days instead of 14, no coverage for swab test to employees during this tough time - pandemic Covid-19, no compensation/benefits

      Pros

      This company can be incredible if you have the drive to be incredible as well. There is good competitive pay (has to be in order to stay a live and grow), great leaders who want to learn and grow, and fun programs to work with that can help you learn more about popular brands. The culture and values of Concentrix are amazing. The diversity is better than most companies I've worked for/with.

      Cons

      Every "job" has it's cons. Concentrix has challenges but has a leadership team that wants to solve ALL of the issues. The goal is to make people happy so they stay and some people don't understand that that doesn't mean you get everything you ask for. The work/life balance sometimes is hard to manage but no one is hired without knowing exactly what those needs are going to be.
