      Pros

      Standard hours, great colleagues and few amazing managers who actually cared about us! I met many interesting people from all over the world

      Cons

      Minimum wage... Micromanagement and favoritism, HR is doing nothing for improvement, no career progression even if I requested many times for PDP programmes, they always found a silly excuse. One of the managers that he was literally useless told us (his team) that we are all numbers and replaceable... ( this is something we all know but a manager or a company shouldnt tell you this in your face. HR didn't even bother to make an exit interview to me and this is a mandatory for people who are leaving

      No pros at all in Concentrix.

      NO bonuses, NO salary adjustments. Unfair management that prioritises the people that the management. Adult bulling. Worst company I ever worked in.

Our company is characterised by the diversity of our employees, and we also stand for open and above all fair cooperation. Discrimination and bullying have no place in our company and are not tolerated in any way. We encourage all employees to report to the team leader or the personnel department if they get the impression that this is being disregarded or if they feel they are being treated unfairly. We believe this is more sufficient way to investigate and overcome if there are any signs of unfairness rather than lose an experienced employee and hear about an issue from such platforms.       Holy Mother of Micromanaging!

      - They pay you money. That's about all they do right.

      Cons

      - Stop micromanaging the smallest details of your employees (not an exaggeration! Stay away from this job!) - Constant surveillance even when working from home? WTF??????? I've never heard of that in my life and its disgusting! - You're not even allowed to get up to go to the bathroom when you're supposed to be taking calls! You must wait until your break or lunch or you will get chastised. - I've held a secret clearance and worked for the US government before and there wasn't this much surveillance or micromanagement. - I'm way overqualified for my position but they still pay me way below the national average. I accepted this job because I was out of work for 2 months. - In training they will spend the first 3 days telling you all the ways you could get fired. - God forbid you have an animal, children or maybe a noisy roommate when you work from home. You will be verbally reprimanded if there is the slightest noise in the background. - The hours are absolute trash and you don't get to pick your schedule. - No matter your experience or qualifications you will likely be stuck working every weekend with mandatory overtime and the worst hours imaginable. You will have absolutely zero life unless you have no family and no friends. - Low pay Still wanna work here? Don't.
