Huge Workload You are left to get on with your own work

Cons

You always feel as if you are not doing enough. Always want you to take on more work without enough respect for the work that you actually do. Target Driven environment but focus on which particular work is best.

Flexible working hours and job security are excellent and enabled me to work part time to raise my son

Cons

Intense bullying and lying is rife among managers. Policies, procedures and employment legislation are not followed.

Pros

Making a difference to those that need genuine protection. The job has flexible working hours. Working with the public. Making effective decisions.

Cons

Despite employees leaving after being in the job for less than a year, nothing has been done to prevent this. The culture is to do a huge recruitment once numbers are really down, so every two years. Salary does not compensate for the time and work done, hugely underpaid.
