Pros

Full time work, only pro

Cons

Redgrave court had inexperienced line managers who didnt understand the processes, no interest in the job. You are worked like cattle only as good as your last week, inconsistencies across different buildings doing the same job but different outcomes, shambles

Pros

Loads of career opportunities if you have a Degree and under the age of 35 with the their fast stream and Pathway recruitment schemes that ran yearly.

Cons

If you haven't got a degree then this is when the Home Office falls flat on it's face and there is a culture that anyone without a degree seem to be "Not Capable" of progressing up the promotion ladder where staff that have been in the position for 10 years + who have tried and failed to get promotion due to not having a "Degree" and disregards years of experience that could prove invaluable to the organization as a whole!
