Pros

Cool parties, Company seems well-known/well-liked by customers, young, tech-savavy coworkers

Cons

Cult-like, poor management, no one with real world experience or experience outside this toxic environment. They expect long hours, working late and on weekends, for no extra compensation. You could be working all day long and they would still expect you to stay an extra few hours to send emails and do presentations, etc. so you don't take any of the time you could be on sales calls. You're a glorified telemarketer.

Pros

Free trips. It is better than being homeless.

Cons

The terrible cult-like atmosphere. The bullying. The sheer inept nature of all management. They require an insane amount of time spent working outside of the office. If you don't play by the rules, then you are outcasted and eventually fired. The mood is often toxic and the pressure completely intense. Information is communicated very poorly and you will be expected to work entire weekends at times to interview new potential employees. Someone could probably write a book about this place...well, maybe I wll be that person. Its too bad Meltwater isn't a household name.

Pros

Training is solid and the group was good to hangout, I am glad that I met so many lifetime friends there

Cons

Well, where to begin: 1. The company indicated it has flat management, however, it does not have a management at all... leaders are good sales 2. Trust the bad reviews you saw 3. Push clients to an edge, even the product sucks 4. Brainwashed and pushed its sales to insult potential clients no matter what time of that day 5. Only cold call, no relationship bonding 6. It will destroy your future career path and make you doubt your own ability 7. No future version, just want cash and treat its employees as pieces of trash
