Pros

Great growth opportunities for those that seek it. I started as a Tier 3 engineer and worked my way up to program manager within 3 years. Fantastic people, and great mentors.

Cons

Once proposal season hit, the work was nonstop. Night work, weekend work, and working through a weekend were not unheard of. Reorgs happened every other month. In 4 years, I had 7 different bosses. Starting pay was low and the only way to get a decent raise was to get a counter offer.
