Good Ol' Boy Network Rules, regardless of how incompetent they are. The good ol' boys make sure they get the incentive pay, regardless of their performance, at the expense of their employees, frequently changing the rules after the fact. The minions get little to none. Broad Sector Incentives have been chopped. They are shedding experienced mid level management (the people who do all of the heavy lifting) by the thousands. Work environment is poor at best.

Liked working with the client, especially on new projects. Many of the folks on the team had been at client for a while.

Cons

Many of the team members felt more attached to the client, than to Northrop.
