      Pros

      About the only good thing about the work is some of the people you meet

      Cons

      Low wages (upper management knows but doesn't care) , upper management is biased, finance team is over extended, work load is unbalanced

      Thank you for providing your feedback. We do follow a methodology of 'pay for performance' - so I can certainly see how some would feel there are low wages. One of our key initiatives for 2021 is front-line leadership training. Hopefully this can help with the perception that our leaders are biased or don't care - nothing could be further from the truth!

      Pros

      Doing the actual job is great, very few of the managers are good. Some of the co-workers are pretty cool but most just whine and complain how much they hate their job but do nothing to change it lol.

      Cons

      Working for Tek Experts as a pretend Microsoft employee, meaning the pay is terrible and demeaning. You don't have a laptop like your Microsoft counterpart that would enable you to work when there is a blizzard outside, they want you to risk your life by driving to work. Don't even get me started about being an employee that gets an internal demotion, I mean promotion is what they call it lol, you will make far less than externally hired workers. I would definitely not recommend working hear, go work for Microsoft, not Tek Experts. PS. this also is not an American based company.

      Thank you for your feedback on your experience with our company – though it seems like our business model was not a fit for you. We spend 3 full days with our new hires walking through our model and what we believe in – and we know that it certainly is not for everyone! We believe that our employees work best in a collaborative environment, and therefore do not currently offer a remote working option (our current Covid situation excluded, of course). As this is a work from office environment, there are occasions where people need to travel to the office in adverse weather (we operate in Colorado Springs). Since we do not have a traditional attendance policy and ask employees to simply ‘Live our Values’, we expect all employees to consider their safety and make appropriate decisions according to their situation. Thank you for giving us try for the time you were with us – good luck in the future!

      Co-workers are great, management is horrendous.

      Pros

      They have word installed so you can easily update your resume while looking for other positions.

      Cons

      Biggest challenge is not cussing out management while looking for another position. They asked me and other people to write 5 star reviews to build their reputation up here. I asked for it in writing, but sadly they've learned their lesson there and just chuckled and again reiterated we needed to do this for the good of the company.

      Thank you for taking the time to write out your thoughts – while your comments are creative I must say there is not much constructive feedback here that I can respond to. I will say that there are many situations where we do ask our employees to provide their feedback. However, the request is always ‘please go out and leave your comments about what you think about the company”. I’m not looking to artificially change the number – rather, honest feedback that represents the culture of our company.
