      If you are new to technology, It is one of the best place to be. You have all the resources for you to learn all the latest technology Cozy place to work...( It's all part of the plan to get you enslaved)

      Cons

      High-handed Deceit from High Places. Draconian Management .. only focused on the numbers without recourse to the welfare of Engineers Poor Pay.. No structure.. No hope for salary review, phantom promotions, bogus promises, Ill timed Expansion. Management only focused on external image. -No Matter How hard you work, you are just a number.

      Awesome work place view Team eager to achieve objectives Good Culture and values Decent health care

      Cons

      Unrealistic salary scheme (1-2$ or 3-4$/per hours). Disparity in pay amongst SEs in the same team. No care for work or life balance of SE, only for goals. SE are treated as third class humans compared to Other sites of company. No proper channels to air ones state of mind. Too many unkempt promises. Job is more less a call centre. SEs are constantly trying to leave as they feel stifled here at Tek Experts Nigeria. Management doesn't care for why staffs are just leaving en mass

      As another reviewer said - monthly cake!

      Cons

      - Upper management is on a power trip - all of these cons refer to the senior managers - Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and they can't come to an agreement - What they say and what they do are two totally different things - Talk out of both sides of their mouth - Look you right in the eye and lie to you - Morale is terrible, which is a direct reflection on the value placed on employees - If zero stars was an option, I'd rate zero

      Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I%E2%80%99m sorry your experience with our company was not more positive. I don%E2%80%99t see a lot in your post that is specific for me to respond to. I will share that we do like to recognize birthdays, team accomplishments, and engagement, so we do end of having a lot of cake throughout the month. It sounds like our environment was not a good fit for your, so I hope you have found that perfect role for what you were looking for!
