Pros

- The company is very keen on employing youngsters out there with a lot of talent to give. - Tek gives its employees a vast chance to grow and acheive their career growth - Tek is more of a international company, meaning we get to experience other minds out there that is beneficial for us individually in our own ways

Cons

well, I would say maybe salary re-evaluation would be highly my concern, we could earn much higher than what we earn currently.
