Pros

Learning opportunity to global processes and exposure to "self-determined" training.

Cons

Bogus promises Transparency is gone (or never existed); clueless/helpless section managers because the global/top-level management is focusing on every other thing but the real issues. They don't truly care about their engineers or people, they care only about the numbers. Non-ethical behaviours from top-level management, behind the scene; e.g. fake reviews you see here (the ones in "all green"). Introducing funny/play-school-like programs or initiatives that don't help a professional or help your career development.

They don’t care about their employees, the pay is nothing to write home about. They promote you with little or no increment in salary. No salary structure of whatsoever!!!
