Thank you for the feedback. We are currently working on a documented 'Career Path' that will identify the gaps from where you currently are and what needs to be worked on to prepare for the next level in your career. We are just about ready to roll out a pilot of this new program, and we expect to have it rolled out company-wide by the end of this year!

They are partners with some big companies so you will learn on the job. Amazing colleagues.

Cons

Salary is ridiculous. They promise a lot and do so little. Management does not care about employees.
